Lawsuit filed today in United States District Court

Tesseraction Games today filed a lawsuit for breach of contract against UK publisher GMX Media, Ltd. The 1.7 million dollar lawsuit cites unpaid royalties, substantial and un-remedied breach, inaccurate sales reporting and initiation of product sales outside of licensed territories. Tesseraction is also seeking injunctive relief against the publisher.

Enigma: Rising Tide, Tesseraction Games first title, is an alternate history WWII first person naval combat game. Enigma is published in North America by Dreamcatcher Interactive and in Australia/New Zealand by Auran Publishing.
